Fanime was amazing but it totally left me sick for weeks 
after I got better, I went through the letters I got and found one that had nothing but $20 and a note describing one of my posters. It looked like someone made a mistake and accidentally gave me their money without getting a poster. I have some new costumes to try out... and as I was planning some new ideas, I started thinking that my gallery is getting very cluttered with older images, some of which aren't very usable (whether unfocused, cropped body parts, whatever) or else they simply weren't popular so far... I began deleting the ones which I felt were crappy shots. I've kept those which had comments/faves/alot of views, etc. and a few (unfaved ones) I've deleted as individual images and will re-upload as a zipped file pack... why? Well, even though they weren't being faved or commented upon, I still felt they had merit and potential for somebody sometime in the future, so I didn't want to lose them.
Personally, I don't care for zipped packs in general, although they seem really popular around here. I'm too lazy to unzip a pack and sort through them. I'd rather browse for the image I want, and download it by itself. That's why I've left the best ones alone. The zipped packs will be like grab bags... for whatever reason, nobody's paid much attention to them, but they're still usable for someone's art. I just think it will clean up my gallery a bit more... so I can upload more junk!
Now, if only I could get motivated to "edit" the junk lying around the house!!!!!

But my rampage through eBay buying costumes has left me overwhelmed, because now I have four new ones hanging in the closet - each with a different theme (requiring it's own prep time) so it's not like I could throw these four costumes on today and shoot them all (and expect my hair/make-up/etc. to suit each) ...so it's a matter of scheduling four new shoots, and finding the time - since my boyfriend-photographer and I are on different work-shifts. It's kind-of daunting. LOL
I used to let the gallery sit for months without adding anything new... and now I complain because I can't upload new stuff every week. I'm silly and obsessed.
